Tell me about a time you have been 100% happy!

Can you describe it? What was it like?

Were you alone or with others? Did they share your happiness?

Explain.

  1. Happiness is something that can never 100% though you can improve and make the percentage higher it can never be 100%. Unless you got 100% on a test and you were talking about that slipt second of 100% happiness than sure everyone has had it. But you are talking about a time than no I haven't ever been happy 100% in a day. There will all ways be something bad or no so good that happens every day. It is even a challenge to stay 100% happy, you can check it out yourself there is a website here is the URL ( https://100happydays.com/ ). It has been scientifically proven that you cannot be 100% happy and that you on an average day are on average 71% happy. But on really good days it is probably max ( 95-96% ) nothing higher. When I was 100% percent happy is when you are with friends laughing about for 10 minutes and that 10 minutes might be 100% but not all the way to the top or It can be when you receive a test or an exam and you got 100% then you can be 100% happy for that split second of receiving the test and reading the mark. I mean everyone's happiness level is different some can just be really happy every day at an average of 80-88% or even higher but never 100%. So yes I have had a few times but for a short period of time.

  2. I agree that you can not be 100% happy and totally satisfied unless it is for a split second.

  3. I think the time where I was most happy was probably watching one of my most favorite shows, "The Office" I found this show to be hilarious and very well written. The Character interactions with one another and development was super good. The reason why I was the most happiness watching this show was because (spoilers ahead) in finale of season 2 Jim had finally confessed his affection for Pam, this was a moment that for a while I had waited for.

  4. One time when I was really happy was when I went to Disneyland with my family when I was 7. The reason I was so happy was because I was with my cousins from Toronto which I almost never see. My family was also very happy because we all liked Disney. When I was this happy I felt like I could do anything. Even though we were very happy, I don’t think that it is possible to be 100% happy.

  5. Personally I do not believe I have ever been 100% happy I do have moments that I've been feeling up or down, but happiness is not something you can measure with numbers. For example what one may consider happiness may just be another day for another. What we call happiness is simply different chemicals running through our brains so in theory you could measure those chemicals if you really wanted to but you would be using ml not %. and if you converted into percents of our total compound then you are looking at so many zeros that 1% would easily kill someone. Yes, I know I am being much to literal but I can't help but think how heavily flawed some of your questions are, now if you asked me what made me happy perhaps I may respond with doing this very thing.

  6. The time I felt 100% happy was when I was twelve years old, around christmas time. We all sat around the christmas tree and exchanged gifts. When me and my dad exchanged gifts, he handed me an envelope. I had no clue what it was. When I opened it, it was a gift that I had always dreamed of: two tickets to go see my favourite band in concert. When I saw the tickets, I burst into joy. This was going to be my first concert. I still remember the date of the performance: February 23, 2016.

  7. I was really happy every Christmas. I love being with family and getting gifts. Im always happy on Christmas because I am always spoiled because im one of the younger kids. The best time around Christmas is when i go visit my aunt and uncle in Toronto. My uncle always has the coolest things and we are always eating full course meals.

  8. There has only been one moment in my life where I was 100% happy. My dance team and I had went to the biggest competition for dance in the world, and at the very end when we were waiting for the score they called out are named and we qualified... I felt like I was on a cloud and got to share the moment with the rest of my troupe. I had never felt such happiness from anything before. I think the fact that I was also surrounded by my friends and family made the moment better.

  9. I'm typically a happy person in general. It doesn't take much to impress me. I'm amazed by the smallest things. For example I've been a huge fans of Rice Krispie cereal. A few years ago around Christmas time they had come out with red and green colored rice krispies and 11 year old Elisa went nuts. To top things off in every box they included a spoon but not only that it had a built in STRAW! To this day I use the same spoon.

  10. A time I was happy was in 2015, when I went to the Disney Cruise, Disney resort and Disney World. I was so happy because Disney has been and always will be a huge part of my childhood, things that remind me of my childhood just makes me happy because it reminds me of the times we used to spend outside with our siblings just playing around on the yards, compared to today where we are constantly on the internet. Obviously it didn't make me 100% happy because we went with my uncle's family on my dad's side, and it just wasn't a fun time, but when we were alone just my family members it was really fun and there was a lot of food.

    1. Loved that you referred to playing outdoors compared to now when we’re all on the internet 24/7! You’re right Disney is awesome and I think so many kids can associate it with the good memories that took place in their childhood.

  11. A time when I was 100% happy was when my friends and I went bowling all together. It was something so simple yet so fun and I will never forget it. I was with 6 other people, who are some of my closest friends, and afterwards we all just hung out and ate pizza. A classic Friday. We all felt the same thing. 100% happiness. Looking at them and seeing us all laugh together and literally forgetting about all the other problems in the world and just being in the moment with them was an amazing feeling that I have felt other times before as well of course and I hope to have many more times of laughter and happiness with maybe even different people who knows!

  12. Umm, I can’t really reall the last time I was legitimately happy, I mean maybe when I went to Disney when I was like 4. Happiness is such an odd thing, some people are always happy and see the best in every situation and for others happiness is a rare thing. Something that makes me “happy” is when I get something new. I’m a very meterialistic person, I don’t like that quality but it’s how I am, I get something new, I’m gappy with it for a day or two then move on to the next thing.

  13. The last time i was happy was maybe when i got my scooter i was super stocked but that same day i pulled a muscle in my neck so my neck was in a bunch of pain but another time i was happy is when i missed the first week of school and went to florida. had fun and enjoyed myself.

  14. The last time I remember being 100% happy was last week when I got to go and see my brother. Since he lives in Boston for school, he doesn't come home that often unless it's for holidays like Thanks Giving or Christmas. My dad and I decided it would be a good idea to go and see him play in a hockey tournament and I don't think I had ever been more excited. I was happy that I got to spend time with him and that I got to see him. Even though he can bother and annoy me sometimes I still enjoy spending time with him.

  15. I have had multiple times in my life in which I was feeling incredible and felt like nothing could possibly bring me down but, other times I do feel down just like any other teenager in our society. I have never in my life been, lets say "depressed", and I have always kept my head up in those hard times. I don't think it is possible to be 100% happy during a whole entire day, but I do think I have been the most happy when I was playing hockey, with family, or with friends. Things that give me stress seem to disappear when doing these things and during them I feel almost 100% happy.

  16. I am a person who is happy quite often. Many thing make make me happy and I do a lot of those things on an almost daily basis. I'm not quite sure what it means to be "100% Happy". does it mean to be happy and not be feeling any other emotion at the same time? because if so I would say I was 100% happy 3 minutes ago when I was watching Netflix. If it means my happiest moment than I would have to say it was when I went to Florida for a week. Next time please elaborate more.

  17. to say that you have achieved 100% happiness for even an instant is in my opinion, ignorant. yes it is possible to feel good in a moment or even forget about the things that make us unhappy. I personally do not think i will ever have the pleasure of being fully happy because I cant help but think that it can all be taken away from me in an instant. we are closer to destroying ourselves than we ever have been in history, yet we are also (statistically speaking) in the most peaceful era humanity has ever achieved. what scares me is that we very well may be on the brink of collapse, edging towards our inevitable self inflicted destruction. but its important to know that we really are just a grain of sand in an ocean that is much larger than we can even perceive, hurling through a dimension which we choose to call space on a rock that we choose to call earth. and that we are lucky to even exist right now because ,cosmically, its out of our control. whether or not our specie survives is not important in the grand scheme of things, so why not take advantage of what we have and see the beauty in what we have been given. lets enjoy every last bit of it. while we still can.

  18. I have never been 100% happy. It's impossible to always be completely happy at all times. There is always something that will be bothering you or making you sad. It is just impossible to be 100% happy, it;s possible to be very happy just not 100%. It just can't even happen because of all the bad things in the world. Although if you were completely isolated from birth from unhappiness it could be possible but you would have to be raised without any unhappiness whatsoever.

  19. The only time I have been 100% happy is when I was born. I probably wasn't at the time but when I could actually realize what being born is. Like Andres fleet said, it is impossible to tell if you are 100% happy. How is it even possible? Maybe if youre a machine?

  20. A time I was 100 percent happy was one night in Boston. In the summer we went to Boston with about half of the grade. We all got to the hotel earlier than planned that night so the teachers informed us that we could go down to the lobby for some free time. Being with so many of my friends, playing cards in our pajamas after a really fun day was just the absolute best. In that moment I was very grateful for being on the trip and for the kids in my grade. We did so many things that were incredible in Boston but for some reason that night really stands out to me.

  21. I think the time when I have been the most happy was at my birthday party when we were all in my basement all taking having fun and just forgetting about all the troubles that life gives us. Being with friends is probably the biggest importance for me to be happy. Although I am saying this is the time when I have been the most happy I do not think that I have ever been 100% happy and I do not think it is possible to be 100% happy because there is always something that's in the back of your mind that is bothering you. I think that when we are the most happy is when we are distracted from everything negative

  22. The moment when I was 100% happy was when I was told I was chosen to go on the stratford trip. I have had so many moments like this but this was the most recent. Sure, some people may think of it as a normal school trip, but I love theatre. Stratford is also a really beautiful city so when I saw my name on the list I was insanely happy. The plays seemed so cool and the trip as a whole just seemed like such an amazing experience. This was one of those times that just made me 100% happy.

  24. A time where i was 100% happy was when I was in Vancouver BC, and I was sightseeing. We were biking on a street right in front of the city view, mountains, and water. I was with my cousins and it was a girls trip which was nice. All I was thinking about was happiness. Because I was is lucky to be Vancouver. 25. One time where I was at my “happiest” was my first time on an airplane. I have always enjoyed the idea of flying, and being that high up, above the clouds and everything else. My first time riding a plane was when I was five years old, and was at the part of my life when I wanted to grow up and become a pilot. We were on our way to France, to visit our family members, and I just remember being such an excited little ball of energy the whole flight. According to my parents, I spent the entire nine hours either fast asleep or with my face glued to the window.

  26. I know I have talked about this before but what makes/made me really happy is when I go on vacation, especially this summer when I went to Italy. It is so calming and peaceful there and there is no stress what so ever. It feels so good to wake up late and have a croissant with coffee and then going to the beach for the rest of the day. It is also amazing to hear the people around you speak in a beautiful language. It is also amazing because I don't have to worry and stress about school.

  27. I feel like i'm always 100% happy when i see friends and family i haven't seen in a while that live far away. Just that moment when you see them and run to them and hug them is so nice cause you missed them so much and you know you get to spend a bit of time with them. I feel like moments like that are the best and i'm always extremely happy.

  28. I think that it is possible to be 100% happy, but only for a short period of time, and by a short period of time I'm taking less than one second. The only times you can be truly 100% happy is when there is something special happening like getting married or graduating from university. Whilst you can't be 100% happy for a long time, you can be 99 and down for a long time, like when you got in to your dream school and then you are telling all your friends about it.
