Karishma’s blog: I see myself as a hard working adult. Working hard and trying my best is super important to me and I hope to continue doing that. I want to be an adult who has a balanced life between friends, family and work. As an adult I aspire to be busy. I like to be busy because it prevents me from doing nothing a sitting at home. I hope to be an adult that will also help others and be a team player. I hope I will also be very independent as a person in the future.
There are different stages to being an adult and eventually you have to make important decisions and overall just being responsible. I hope that I end up being an adult that can impact others in a good way and that is hard working. Although I see myself as being someone that is disorganised and perhaps a little lost at times.
I appreciate the fact that you admit that you might have some flaws as an adult instead of just saying the positives you also said you flaws and that is very respectable!
I really dont see myself as an adult, I feel like im going to be this childish my whole life and im completely fine with that, most adults just tell me what i can and can not do and its pretty annoying. Eventually im going to make important decisions, which as of right now im terrible at doing, I dont really take anything seriously so i guuess i hope i mature in that area because its pretty important but other than that I dont think im going to change that much.
I don't see myself as an adult at all. I try to be responsible and see everything from different perspectives so I can try to understand people, but other than that, I don't consider myself as an adult. I find that adults have to make lots of really important and impactful decisions and right now, I don't think I have the capacity to do that. I aspire to be a smart and wise adult. I currently want to be a palaeontologist, so going to university is something I want to achieve. A PhD without all the student debt would be an absolute dream, which leads me to the next thing I want as an adult. I would really like to financially stable once I have settled my career and get out of school. Overall though, I would love to be happy with my life and have the capacity to take on the role of an adult in the future.
Truth is, I am not really rushing into adulthood. I want to enjoy my current years because I know that in maybe 15 years, I will most likely have to become a person who is responsible and independent. I have partially already developed these two characteristics, but for now, I just want to enjoy life. I will have plenty of years ahead of me to make all these decisions.
I dont know what evryone is talking about but im already an adult. I can take care of myself, make food etc. I just dont know what taxes are. But in all seriousness I want to be a hard working adult. I see myself being very successful but also an extremely hard worker. Im not tryna rush into adulthood because i still have a lot to learn from my teachers parents and from experience.
I dont really think of myself of an adult because I am immature in a few or many ways and im pretty sure adults are supposed to be responsible which is something you could say I am not. All I want to be as an adult is somebody who has a lot of money and not overworked. Like Panagis said, I am also really not rushing into adulthood and enjoying what years remain of my "childhood" but that doesnt mean I shouldnt accept any adult qualities.
I don't really see myself as an adult. In the future I hope to be organized and doing well but I guess we'll have to see about that when the time comes. I'm not really in a rush to get anywhere. I hope to be an adult that uses common sense and isn't stupid because there are many adults like that nowadays. But all that is far in the future, I've barely thought about it already.
The type of adult I think I am going to become is a lazy one. The reason I say this is because I am a very lazy person right now. Although might become a lazy adult, I want to be an adult that is very enthusiastic and is always in my child's life. I also want to be adult that has a very well paying job.
When I am an adult I see myself definitely being a mom. But I mean a cool mom like I will always get my kids ice cream. And I will still be strict but not so strict just enough that I would be respected. I will also prepare after school snacks and play uno with them. They will love me so much. I am very excited
I don't really see myself as an adult right now. I don't think I could be self sufficient at this point. If I suddenly turned into an adult right now I would be the kind that lives with their parents. When I do grow up I want to have a good, well paying job, but not something I don't enjoy doing. That's just a hope though. Most people don't end up achieving their dream job. I want to also have some maturity, but not lose all the fun in life either.
For me I think that I would like to have a good paying, a moderately large house, a nice husband, four kids, a dog, and I would try to have in my life. Like I would want to be chill, have fun with my kids, travel a lot, and be able to still stay true to myself Later on in my life.
For me I doing a job that revolves around science. I would love to travel around the world. I have already been to 5 continents and 14 different countries I want to just continue the list. I mean everyone just wants to be happy have a lot of fun and do what they like doing so the same goes here.
Being an adult can mean many things it can mean you are an 18 year freshly starting college or a 65 year old who is wrapping up his career. I feel that throughout my life I will go through many different phases which all be very different from each other. Some might be highs others lows and to say how I see myself as an adult or what I aspire to be is a difficult question to answer. Though if I had to answer the question I would say that I would either be in the military or in the RCMP with a condominium or a house for myself and my family making a a fairly good stable income so I can support my family.
I read a couple of blogs and many people were talking about how there are different stages in adulthood and I've never really thought of it in that way. Now that I do think about it becoming an adult has many stages like when you first turn 18 and like to party, to becoming a parent and then retirement of course. When I become an adult, more in the parent stage I would like to have a steady job, be independent responsible and organized. I've thought of jobs that I wanted to do and I know that I want it to revolve around helping people. I was thinking maybe a physiotherapist or a psychologist because I like to help people in anyway I can. Also when I become a parent I want to be a fun one and very close to my kids and raise them in a proper way. Something that I plan to do when I retire is for sure travel the world. I love to learn about different cultures and just travelling in general and it's something that I've always wanted to do, even now.
I think I have different qualities for being an "adult". Our parents teach us what's right and what's wrong from a very young age and that's when we start to learn and explore the world more because we get older and we have more freedom. Every adult/parent wants best for the younger generations because they don't want to turn out bad/unemployed/broke and that's why I think they always give us such hard times at home. As I said before, us teenagers are starting different obstacles in life for our upcoming future because we can't live with our parents forever. I want to be a huge role model in my kids' lives when I'm older, I want to be someone they can talk to when they're having problems in their lives. I also think that adults/parents that fight a lot have a huge impact that makes their kid see the world more differently.
i see myself not being judgmental or harsh on the younger generation because i know how it feels to be judge by adults.the older generation tends to look down on us because we have phones and social medias.
I am not an adult, by law I am still considered a child. However at the age of 14 we were given control of our medical being. The only right that my generation does not posses but I wish we did is the right to vote. On top of that I think to vote you must pass a test that makes sure you know enough about the political landscape. This was implemented in the past but since has been removed for it was set in place along with other racist laws in the United States.
I honestly can't picture myself becoming an adult. Everyone else has at least an idea of what they’d like to do with their lives while I find myself a little terrified of having to go out into the real world and immerse myself with society. I would probably still be as pessimistic and unorganized as ever because I don’t see myself ever being mature or responsible enough. My only hope is that I will continue to be a hardworking person and that I take the time to think through important life decisions.
i can see myself becoming an astrophysicist or theoretical physicist. i like these kinds of jobs because all the time i hear people say how little we know about the universe and i have many questions myself as well. I cant imagine a future where i don't search for those answers on my own and consequently furthering our understanding of time and space as a species. NDGT once said that scientists are the one thing standing between what is known and what is mystery, and that has always stuck with me.
This sounds really weird but I can't see myself being an adult, and to be honest, I don't think i'll live long enough to be one. I feel like I'm going to die before I have a family or have a successful career. But, if I was to live a long life I think I would want to do something with science and space. I really like Neil deGrasse Tyson and his career, he is an astrophysicist, or maybe work for Nasa or maybe just even work in a lab. I love space because it's so crazy to think that it's never-ending, at least that's what we think, and the fact that there could be life out there is mind-blowing. I have so many questions and it would so cool if I could answer my own questions as someone who is an astrophysicist or scientist.
